How long does it take?
Most businesses get a preview in a few minutes. You check it, pay, then go live.
Do I need a Google listing?
Yes. Webyte starts from the Google Business listing. If you don't have one yet, add it on Google first.
I already have a website. Can I switch?
Yes. We build from your Google listing. With Pro you keep your domain. Your email keeps working. Old links go to your new homepage.
Can I edit it?
Yes. After it's live you can change hours, photos, copy, and more from your phone.
What if I stop paying?
The live site comes down at the end of the period you already paid for. Turn off auto-renew before that date if you don't want another year.
Is my payment safe?
You pay with HitPay. We don't store your card numbers.
Can I use my own domain?
Pro includes a standard domain in your business name. Premium names you already own can be pointed later. Ask us at hello@webyte.app.
Does Pro include email?
Not yet. If you want an email like you@yourbusiness.com, we can connect your domain to Google Workspace or Zoho Mail for you. Just WhatsApp us.
Do you support BM?
The product is in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Pro sites can offer BM, English, and Chinese for your customers.
What if my business has no photos?
Snap three photos on your phone during setup, or upload from your gallery. That is enough to publish. You can add more later.
Can I get a refund?
New subscriptions can be refunded in full within 7 days of the first payment. Renewals are not refundable.
Is this only for Malaysia?
We write for Malaysian businesses, bill in ringgit, and support from here.
