These terms are for Webyte, a product of Atoz Technologies · SSM 202003278293 (TR0224732-P). If you use Webyte, you agree to them.
What Webyte does
Webyte builds a website for your business from information that is already public on your Google listing: things like your name, address, hours, photos, phone number, and reviews. You can then edit that site and publish it.
Plans and prices
Webyte has two yearly plans:
- Starter: RM 199 a year
- Pro: RM 399 a year
Promo pricing may apply. We will show you the price you pay before you confirm.
Auto-renewal
Your plan renews every year by default. We charge the renewal on the renewal date. You can turn auto-renewal off at any time on your billing page (/start/your-site/billing). If it is off, the site stays up until the end of the period you already paid for.
If you don't pay
If a payment fails, you have 7 days to fix it. After that we unpublish the site. We keep the site data for 90 days. After 90 days we delete it.
Pro domains
Pro includes one standard domain, registered on your behalf. Your business is listed as the registrant contact. If you leave, you can request a transfer to another provider before it expires. Premium names cost extra, and we show the price before you pay. Please confirm the registrant email we send you, or the domain may be put on hold.
Pro includes a monthly visit report on WhatsApp and email. You can turn it off anytime.
Refunds
New subscriptions can be refunded in full within 7 days of the first payment. Renewals are non-refundable, but you can turn off auto-renewal anytime before your renewal date. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Your content
You are responsible for making sure the site is accurate. We may remove a site that is illegal, misleading, or that impersonates another business.
Checking you own the business
To publish or edit a site, we send a code to the WhatsApp number on your Google listing. That is how we check you are the owner.
Malaysian law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be handled in Malaysia.
